Matum Hotel & Casino Santiago De Los Caballeros

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a very very nice area, not far from highways, the restaurants and a night club which got cranked up around 2a. Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with a queen size bed & a single bed and an iron, for example ; everyone is welcome here.

The staff was bad.

Our stay here was comfortable, nice place for exploring Santiago De Los Caballeros. We loved rooms with a queen size bed & a single bed. Meals were excellent, and there was Lua Bar & Lounge near the hotel.

Overall - charming place with accommodating staff in the wheelchair.

I stayed here 1 night and I appreciated it. I did n't want to leave and ca n't wait to come back.

The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals. The hotel was 25 minutes drive from the airport.

The hotel was fairly clean and the pool was clean. Central location of this affordable property was a bonus. The room was brand-new with a queen size bed & a single bed and had cable TV and climate control.

Some of the staff were not so good.

Appealing & business hotel, quiet location near the Monument, attentive staff. In my suite there was a comfortable bed that I liked. Nice pool area too. Lobby was nice.

Continental breakfast was extremely limited.

I had a such wonderful stay here, good value for price. Hotel was neat. Exquisite service throughout too. Furthermore, parking nearby was a bonus. Super location to Cibao Stadium.

Everything was amazing, prime location near everything, the staff were cordial. Our room was not only well-kept, but also air-conditioned. Breakfast was savoury and had plenty of food.

The hotel is spacious and clean with a nice restaurant, I had an excellent stay. The staff were courteous all the time. A pretty venue, my first choice in Santiago De Los Caballeros.

Unbeatable location with fully renovated rooms, immensely pleasant staff and lovely food. Fine drinks and bread, cereals, pastries, fruit and hardboiled eggs. Night bar and amazing pool.

Strategic location, impressive room, fairly clean hotel. Lovely beds and flat screen cable TV, terrace and hairdryer. You can find Kukaramacara within walking distance of the venue to a have lunch.

The bed was best and the restaurant was clean and had variety of food. They made my stay exceptional. I got free upgrade and loved it. Cute hotel with excellent customer service.

The breakfast is perfect, rooms are airconditioned and the staff is loyal. There is a variety of facilities in the room like : cable TV and high ceiling.

Easy location and responsive staff. Lots of supplies in the room: air conditioning, cable television and high ceiling. The pool was very clean. Moreover, free wifi worked well here. I visited the disco bar and loved the hot drinks.
